No Sparky...
...that's not were it goes.
Brand new install. Our crew came back to start up and this is what they found.

? Put a T in the liquid tight and run it to a drain?
Use the biggest hammer you like, pounding a square peg into a round hole does not equal a proper fit.

I once had a sparky do the same thing to me. The problem was that this electrician turned out to be one of my best friends from high school that I hadn't seen for years. When I ran into this guy on this construction job, I was pretty happy to see him and work with him. Then he told me the cooler was ready to start up and I walked in there and saw pretty much the same thing you have in your picture, my jaw just dropped to the floor. I felt bad for the guy.
I explained to him why that was a bad thing, and then I got out my silicone gun and squirted as much as I could into the conduit and smeared a big glob around the inside of the condensate pan where the wires penetrate it.
I wasn't too proud of it, but it seemed to do the trick, and I don't think the owner or any of the kitchen staff ever knew the difference any ways.

I like this. The work looks nice.
Could use a little more slope on the liquitite, though. Not going to drain very well....
