Pressurized relive
Was doing one of our many pm agreements and noticed this. Is a rental, have to admire the way the copper was bowed around the tank. Not sure how it ever passed inspection. .

why does the drip tube do that? being that it's a service contract, how does it get a contract like that? someone put some pride in bending that copper.lol

Well was cleaning the furnace, the basement reminded me of a dungeon. The tanks are not my problem. The curved copper was a piece of work. Need to give that guy a job installing freon lines.

That's a "hot water crossover" line, kids like a copeland tandem oil crossover line!
-
Kinda wondering how the safey relieve will ever work correctly with that. The central main line goes up like 30 inches into the floor joist and then out a wall somewhere.

Judging by the pics it's not a finished basement, why not put them to the floor, any idiot can figure that they should never go up hill. Some people need a good slap in the face.

It was the basement from hell. Beat the cop webs down so I could reach the furnace. I was amazed the owner had new filters there so they could be changed monthly.

Did this art work tie into the TPR discharge tube from the right hand WH? Creative venting, too. More pics?
Keep the fire inside the fireplace.
-
Yeah both heaters were tied together.
-
thats the dual purpose relief and seismic restraint device......
