    Money to change

    What kind if money would you expect a company to pay you above your current salary if they contacted you.

    That's a loaded question. Depends on what your making compared to what your worth. Is the company you are thinking about even worth it in the future. Never leave for just money unless the place your at now is totally underpaying with no real future.

    Just considering an option. Was offered a position making substantially more money. I'm happy where I am buy am very tempted. I can honestly say at my current Company I'm probably worth exactly what I make now. But could go be a field supervisor for a small resi company.

    I think your right but greed got the best of me for a while. I think I'm gonna call them and say thank you but no thank you.
