I am in the process of designing a cigar room ventilation system and the only info i have is for commercial stuff. This is only a 11x13x8 room in a basement. Here are a few questions:

1) what is the required air changes per hour? Can't find this in any of my books.

2) room is completely sealed with exterior door, etc...what would the negative pressure requirement be?

3) any suggestions on make up air requirements as a percentage to exhaust air? 1 to 1?

4). Make up air tempering? HRV or resistance heat on intake?

5). Powered dampers on intake and exhaust ducts?
