They are lucky to be alive, lucky the previous hack is unreachable, lucky it was only fire and not explosion, lucky your there to get it fixed correctly, lucky they will be more comfortable with a new system, lucky they will stop overpaying the utility company. It can't be very comfortable to have a horse shoe stuck up your ass, but go buy a lotto ticket before you've used it all up.

I dont no yet. I'm going back tonight to see what can be done to fix it.. check hx and see why that burner was removed. Maybe there is a crack in it and they had only flame rolling out of there. :banghead::banghead::banghead:

I told him time for a new unit but he won't go for it.. doesn't have enough years left on the lease. So I told him to by space heaters for now and if we could fix then okay but if not he has to decide

It's gonna cost more to fix that than to replace it. Shouldn't be hard to decide.
