Just installed a FX20 for a tiny start-up company. They have a Verizon Fios router and no IT personnel. I has able to plug in the jace into the router and they can see it. The weather service is not working so I'm assuming port 80 is closed. I didn't begin with the e-mail stuff but I'm sure it won't work. My questions are... How do I assign a static address within the router? Can I open the specific ports necessary for a jace to operate?
