    long list of friends , and they need stuff like plumbing , run a wire for something , change breaker panels , put electricity in a garage or shed , then theres my small engine background , chainsaws and blowers and stuff

    Before HVAC, I ran a remodeling co; have over 20 years expanding and improving folks homes. Off season I do home repair and minor remodeling.

    IN the slow season.( seems like all year lately) I clean sewers and drains. Yup licensed to do that also

    I stock grocery shelves on the weekends, during the week if nothing is coming in, I'll venture out in the 4 cylinder car (good gas mileage) and start cold calling.

    I clear about $800 per month stocking, it's not much, but it's consistent.
