That's pretty ghetto... ive done some stuff to get people by but never thought of going that route. Last summer it was a saturday and 100+ degrees out and one of the large church's we take care of called. I went out to find a 100 ton cooling tower fan with brackets, blades and motor all torn up and laying in the bottom of the unit. Of course they were having a large wedding in 2 hours so after emptying a large commercial ice maker into the water which allowed it to run for about 20 minutes i went to sams club and bought a large belt drive shop fan, mounted it on top and they ran it like that for the rest of the summer then had the tower changed out in the fall. I didn't think it would move enough air but the Chiller didn't get close to going off on head even when it was 100* out and running full capacity.

hmm. rheem top and cant really tell if that's a lennox or an icp condenser underneath. I wonder what it looks like around the compressor.
