I just noticed that they are using white wires for the "hot legs". I suspect it doesn't really matter at that point...

The wood above it, is that black mould or burn marks? Maybe the last breaker caught fire.... Lol

What's sad is that there are probably either children or elderly living there. Life is cruel and ignorance bliss. It's things like this that make me refuse to do resi. My conscience just eats at me when I'm around stuff like that.
