    How to for techs?

Is there somewhere on the site where a pro member can view "how to" instructional threads. I'm sure many techs new and old alike would enjoy it.

For example a thread with step by step instructions for changing a txv with pics and or video?

If not, why and should it be added?

Would this infringe on too many people who make money by teaching these things?

I like the idea of a private video hosting server, just for this site. We could make instruction vids and put then in the educational forums, with no danger of DIY eyes...

+3, : ) you're right it should be video only, with the ability for viewers to comment and discuss, basically YouTube but the HVAC-talk educational version.

Uuh, Uuh, Uuh let feng be the genius behind it
It`s better to be silent and thought the fool; than speak and remove all doubt.

It would be fine until someone hacked it and exposed it to DIY's. It would then be canned by the MOD"s. I find I can read and teach both just fine with experienced techs so far either from them to me or me to them.

I like it, it's easier to see it done and learn rather than by text. Good thinking
