    Furnace Temp-rise....

    Digital stem thermometers or differential digital meter using K-type thermocouples....which do you find the better choice?

    It depends on how much you want to spend and how fast you want your readings. k-type is more accurate, faster and more expensive.
    Nothing is magic, it works or doesn't work for a reason.
