Belimo TR24-SR
Has anyone experienced problems with Belimo TR24SR valve actuators clicking when they are at 100% open or closed, I have a customer that has had a few actuators do this after they were about 5 or 6 years old. I received a valve from him and was unable to create the problem. Thank you.

I'm not sure we have had that problem specifically but we have had other problems with the TR24-SR actuators in the past. We spend a little more now and just go with the LRBs instead.

It's a Belimo actuator. It's the next size up from the TR24.

Oh, the model type. I use those too. Thanks. Just replaced a bunch of actuators 30 plus years old that were neptronics. The still were working on the motor side but the gears just wore themselves flat.
