    New home build questions.

@drauseo - did you ever resolve this issue with Beazer. I ask because my wife an I are considering a nwe Beazer home and I surprised to learn from the salesperson that they no longer offer multiple HVAC systems for houses of this size. If you came to a satisfactory resolution, I'd love to hear it in case we decide to move forward with Beazer. Thanks!

    First things 1st _ I wouldn't go with Beazer.

    But, being objective ... PLAN
    ... START your own thread
... Provide all the specs such as OP provided initially.
    ------- + WINDOW Areas and S.H.G.C. & U-values
... Provide floor and duct plans.
    ... Attach Manual J and D calcs.

    --- Don't settle for Goodman.
___ You're half way to achieving Comfort.

--- AND don't sign Anything until all HVAC documents are provided.
AND Then reviewed here, evaluated by independent Mechanical Engineer or energy rater.

You're 60% of way to nice Comfort level.
... Now they have to actually build it to Design and Specs
