Here a datasheet 3v operating range anywhere between 2-15

Thanks for the info.
So do I understand this right......the range is 3vdc. The starting point(approximate) is 6vdc.....but is fixed. But also states, that the starting point is adjustable. And requires 2-15vdc.
Now I'm even more confused.

I threw a commissioning tool on a valve today. It does only seem to stroke between about 6-9vdc.
I also monitored the existing controllers that are controlling the Ahu's. They were feeding 4vdc at 0% and 9vdc at 100%. The system is a old Tracer 100.
So I'm just going to set up my new controllers at 6-9vdc.
