Furnace air intake inside a mechanical closet

Installing a new 60K BTU HE furnace in a utility/mechanical room in a residential home. Has an existing water heater: 50gal @ 40k BTU.
Room is about 6x6x9 high with closed non-vented door
Room has 2- 11x17 vents through exterior wall to outside air

Will there be sufficient air when drawn from inside the room for both the furnace and water heater ?

With the vent openings to the outdoors through horizontal ducts the 11X17=187 square inches

187 square inches X 2000 btu per square inch =374,000 btu
