I want you to know, Feng, that from the looks of the equipment you deal with and your claims; you probably know more than I at less than two years in.

However, in order to truly be helpful in this particular, very professional and regulated forum; you must be in the restricted section, be able to answer all questions that arise in feedback comments and back up/document your findings etc.

In this thread, I would have liked to know what kind of ambient temps I would be dealing with, superheat and subcool, metering device etc. that are typical in an ice cream cooler.

When you dropped in the data plate spec of three lbs, how long did you let in run? What were your readings at that point? Ambients? Pressure temps? Pipe temps? SC/SH? Charging method? Was there a chart on the machine?
