don't try to flatter your ego, just answer the question!

dumping refrigerant into a system until the pressure/temperature is where you deem it necessary is in no way the intelligent procedure for determining the mfg put wrong data on plate.

    Feng,

What did you set you superheat and subcooling at? They're not fixed numbers. I'm curious as to what calculations you did to determine the correct SH and SC.

Fixed orfice, cap tube, or TXV?

Weighing in the charge is the ONLY way to charge small refer machines.

I got a strong feeling that your compressor is now attempting to pump liquid and will be dead within a short period of time.

Nobody pays attention to data plates anyway. How about adding reefer until the amps are where you like it?

As a good service tech, we shoul never guessing, we need to make sure everything is right before we finish the job. So, right before I charged the unit more refrigerant, I asked the manufacture or the unit supply tech support. They confirmed that the unit charging was wrong and I need to use the charging technique I get a proper charge..

Bro, don't question me and asking question like a rookie. U heard about sh and sc, before u say it pumps the liquid back to the compressor. Don't u know that what sh is tellin u? And what sc is telling u? Go take a charging class, this is a open forum, I can't say much

    Feng,

I'm sure your a great tech. I was only asking a question. No need to get angry.

You started this thread, you should've expected questions. I am very curious as to what SH and SC parameters you went by and how you determined this was indeed the correct charge.

    Please explain.
