Oh goody, railing as required by code, but don't think working on it from that side of the railing is approved. Almost makes you wonder which was there first, the rail or the RTU.

I Dont no what is what.. all I can say is really????? Come on now!!! Had to see the job I was on today owner says the units are always maintained...

    Look at this..

They had no service ports anywhere.. had to add the access t to put my gauges on there.. the wiring is spaghetti and there is no switches anywhere just straight wire to units..

you need to tie off in those situations. you may get away with it for awhile but it will catch up with you. seriously. you don't want your family to get that phone call.

First time I was there today told him if he wants me to be his guy he has to lay out a lot of money for me to make this possible.
I told him don't call me if he doesn't want to make everything right. Cause I'm no shoe maker so leaving things like this is not my style.

my days of "ah, I can get to it, just be a second." are over. the older you get the more your mind will change too.

that one definitely required fall protection.

I used to be willing to do stupid things like that, until I broke my back. you tend to look at things differently after a life, and habit, changing event.
