    union math test

I recently got certified about 6 months ago, found a job, but with the slow winter got laid-off. I'm now trying to pursue the local union in Rochester NY and was wondering or hoping someone could tell me what type(s) of math i should be reviewing or expect on the entrance exam. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Easy dude, you are new here. I thought the same thing. Several posts like this are jokes and result in a flame war. I'm sure he didn't mean any disrespect.

I'm interested too. Has it changed from 20 years ago?

UA Local 469 in Phoenix posts sample tests and study guides on their website. These examples should give you a fairly good idea of what is expected.

    Here is the test.
If Joe has a union job, what percentage of Joe's pay goes to the union and what percentage goes to Joe.
No offence intended, I actually fear for the survival of labor unions in the coming years.
