Fluke has just about any kind of meter you could ever imagine. Plan on spending a pretty good price for a data collector though (even the fieldpiece one's aren't cheap).

I would check supco. They make a bunch of cool recording devices from pressure to temp and humidity. I haven't checked in a while myself, but it'd be a good start. The new stuff is tiny and plugs into a usb port to upload.
