    Metasys NAE-help

    I am a homeowner with a large house (26,000sq ft)With a JCI Metasys system that controls 12 ground based heat pumps , 11 air handlers, 40 plus radiant heat zones. The system was completed in 2003 and upgraded in 2008. The current problem is communication problems with multiple n2 trunk lines. I would also like to put in place remote access so that a technician can troubleshoot system remotely. I am looking for a Metasys trained technician to troubleshoot, repair and maintain the metasys system,remotely if possible.
