Infrared sensor that can be intergrated with field controllers?

I am looking for a infrared(or any other technology) that can I can read the surface temp of something say 30-50' away. I cannot use any wireless type of devices and no wires in between the controller locations and surface areas i need to read the temperature of.

Kele has a infrared sensor but it is only good down to 40dF. I need something that could handle at least to 0dF. The signal can be 0-10v, 4-20ma or whatever, i can make it work.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks

Did you contact Kele? They shoud have one that goesa to zero, I know they make two styles of the wireless sensors, a 40dF and a 0dF.
