    I wanted to introduce myself as I read these forums as a guest most the time. I have decided to take the leap into a member so here it goes. My name is Jeff as I am Relatively new to the trade as i have 21 years experience in most positions in the trade from Installation,Service Tech,Service Manager to General Manager. For the last 5 years i am in the sales/design part of the business, but always gravitate to the technical. I also a instructor for a 4 year apprentice program and look forward to posting on here.Thankfully I live in South Florida where the weather keeps us busy year round for the most part.
