Don't you just hate acronyms sometimes. I thought the same thing with the windings.
Are using a BAYSENS019C for thermostat control or conventional thermostat, or like Mallron asked EMS?

Freightshaker the inducer windings sound like they are shorted between Hi and Lo speed.
What is the Model Number and serial Number. There is a bulletin on this.
