I was expecting pictures of teets.
If you can't fix it with JB Weld, Duct Tape, and Ty Wire it has to be replaced.

If you want to take off friday to go fishing then make sure you train your helper right.

Can't say I have any clue what you are talking about. Can you be a little more specific?

I'm not a fan of all the blood rushing to my head til I pass out.

Never understood that stuff. Eat right, don't get fat and if need be do situps and pushups. There are no shortcuts.

if you set it up so you're just on a downward incline and not actually hanging upside down it does feel really good. stretches your back out and loosens things up.

have one, use it sparingly, but when I do it does make a difference.

decompression of the spine is a good thing and so is the blood flow to the head.

had a customer do "something" to me, like a chiro would and have had basically no back issues for some time now.
The Food Stamp Program, administered by the U.S. Department of Agriculture, is proud to be distributing the greatest amount of free meals and stamps EVER.
Meanwhile, the National Park Service, administered by the U.S. Department of the Interior, asks us to "Please Do Not Feed the Animals". Their stated reason for this policy "... the animals become dependent on handouts and will not learn to take care of themselves."

Wow! When customers do "things" to me, I usually have pain in the "back side" for quite a while.

Did that once. Rode the ladder to the ground. I was fortunate all that happened was a really bad strain on my hamstring. Not a fun way to end the day
