I use all those programs daily as a matter of fact, except I use this little dilly for my backups. I have yet to find a program that is simpler to use and has as fast of transfer rates as DSynchronize does. DSync can be found on this website: http://dimio.altervista.org/eng/

Terracopy is another good program if you want to speed up your transfer times if you're one of those people that like to sit and watch your files copy. http://codesector.com/teracopy
