Haha, you're right, some Toronto drivers can be pretty aggressive. Montreal too. Like you I've driven through much of the USA, have never had any problems with the driving, but I'm a pretty laid back driver myself, not trying to make a statement about myself when I'm behind the wheel.
Never had a problem with cops in the states either. With some Cdn cops it's a different story, but that's long ago.
I had in fact intended to also visit to Texas, another place I've never been but would love to see, but time is limited. Next time.
Ones true personality comes out when behind the wheel, if you really want to know someone take a roadtrip with them. My wife and I drove cross country truck driving for three yrs around the turn of the century wow was that fun. We did have some fun and some great fights.
My SO & I travel a lot. He always tells me...turn turn turn..or stop stop stop..
don't know why I have to turn or stop 3 times.
LOL! we have those little squabbles often. usually ending when he
says..."women drivers", and I remind him how easy it is to hide a
body off in the woods.
don't know if this is a king cake anyone would want to partake of.
