Question Mini split evap motor change out

Sanyo mini split, KS1872: Anybody got any pointers on changing out the evaporator blower motor? Can I keep it on the all. It looks so tight, it's crazy.

Great. Sanyo has some other cool stuff there. Thanks. The video they show has the unit on a table. So it doesn't say a way to do it on the wall. It looks like you have to strip it down to the frame just to change a motor.

Pretty much have to disassemble it completely. Try not to break any of the cheap plastic.
