Well fluke gives you a certificate and a $125.00 bill plus shipping expense one way. Might as well get a new one.

The only thing i would use an infared for was to see if something was hot or cold......lol I wouldnt use the temp reading from one for any kind of heat or cool calculation...... calibration certificate or not..... hot or cold.....

Pretty much what i do. Just gives me an idea temp of boiler pipes radiators, registers ex. Dont trust it to much but easy quick. Just think mine is off maybe 10_20° compared to others.
