Best of luck to you. If it doesn't work out, keep trying no matter where your career takes you.

Hope it all went well. You should of gotten your results by now. I know of a few that passed and one that did not. It just means he has to try again next year.

Any update? If nothing yet, best of luck.

I just received my conditional acceptance letter in the mail today for Local 9. It's a great feeling.

Yes, I received the letter last week saying passed and I have a interview scheduled. What is a conditional acceptance letter?

    Good to hear!

I'm not too sure what exactly is conditional about it. All they had really told us at this point is you either become "conditionally accepted" or "waitlisted". If you're conditionally accepted, the next portion is an orientation.

Congratulations to the both of you. I believe the conditional acceptance means, that so far so good, pass the interview, pass the drug tests and everything else and you should be fine. Then your probably on probation for the year. Just a way that their butts are covered in case you f ' up somewhere along the line, they can boot you out without any issues. Politics.......
