    Biden is Bonkers

    This is an ongoing problem.

    Altzimer's comes to mind, not jokingly, he obviously has some sort of a problem.
    I draw all my schematics in crayon now. If they cannot always be correct, they can at least be colorful.

    Probably a drinking problem.... Ive heard he doesnt go anywhere without a pint of liquor in his jacket pocket. Look closely in photos and you can make out the outline of the bottle....

    Biden is performing an extremely important function for Obama. As long as he regularly reminds us of his incompetence and idiocy Obama is safe since no one in there right mind would want to trade and make Biden king. Same reason why Obama would not make Hitlery his VP--he feared her too much but played it smart holding her close in a Cabinet post.
