I would like to know your opinion regarding my sister's situation. She graduated in the Philippines with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and passed the local board exam. Since our family owns an air-conditioning company, our dad wants her to have an "intensive" training in the US. Anyone has an idea which school she should consider?

Are the Philippines signers of the Montreal Protocol? I know that a lot of countries still use R-12 and do not reclaim, although many companies in those countries do use reclaiming to save on refrigerant. A bunch of African countries and South American countries still use R-12, and still produce virgin bottles of it. That aside, where in America is your family considering?

Ferris State is very renowned, but it's not near NYC, LA, or Chicago. Well maybe a 4 Hr. drive to Chicago.
