He's probably too buisy fixing heat, its ok though we have fengshvac in his absence.

i am also betting the heat exchanger has a hole in itThe governent can not give anything to someone that it has not first taken from someone else

I find it easier to first replace every part in the heater, if this doesn't fix the problem then the heater has to be replaced.
Have the exact type of heater installed and you will have spare parts for life, like a lifetime parts warranty.
