I can say in my residential days, NOTHING would shock me. The disgusting conditions some people live is amazing. Tip toe to the furnace because there is dog *hit and *iss all over the floor, would be just a example. I used to loved the excuse "i aint got no money" Guess what ? you dont need money to do basic cleaning.

I no pay for 2 hour. U here 1 1/2 hour only!! Well I had to drive over here chin. No no. I no pay!! U cheat me. I no pay!! Look chin you have to pay. I drove over here and fixed your cooler cause u called and asked me to. So now u have to pay. No no. I no pay!! Apparently u no clean either!! Look chin you can pay me now or pay me later. Later costs more. I no pay. U cheat me. I no pay.

Probably not. They're all the same. I once got accused of finding a leak and not fixing it. I tried to explain to them I have to find the leak before fixing it. They needed a new evap. They insisted that they "pay me to fix leak and not find it." I had to add access fittings to there prep table to recharge it. Since I worked in the back of the machine adding fittings then walked around to the front to leak check the inside they said "problem now in front and not in back!" Like I'm an idiot. They didn't seem to have any problem using the spoiled food out of the cooler or setting a huge bowl of rice outside to cool it. They stiffed us.
