Connection PXC22.D

hello
I have a PXC22.D, the interface Echelon U10 and Xwork 4.10
In NW Configurator when I try to connect to PXC22.D, I get an error message:
"Can not open Lon device (LON1)
Another program is using this device.Disconnect this program from the network"

how can I fix it?

Have you ever been able to connect with this interface to other PXC's or is this the first time you've tried it?

I think I tried one of these devices previously with XWorks 2.37 and it didn't work, but that was a few years ago. I currently use a Gesytec but have also used a PCMCIA card with good results.

The Loytec interface NIC709-USB100 ?

I can confirm this device does work fine. we have a few people using them in the office. you need to go into advanced settings and select legacy mode. also a good idea to run it as a service

i have the loytec interface NIC709-USB100 ,but when in Network Configurator I make Node setup and i search the device when i press configure i receive a error messenger " The bacnet device configuration failed!"
