That's how applebees is here. It's fun trying to find no name drawer hardware on custom equipment, or to get to half of the piping and electrical when the two prep tables are mounted back to back and welded together.

As far as behind the drawars prep table coolers the food that you will eat never comes into contact with any of that. Unfortunately due to equipment design the units have to be torn down further than kitchen staff is qualified to do for proper cleaning.

It's a fine line between my love for pizza and wings, and my dislike for cooking and washing dishes. I still go out to eat!
