Package units
Does anyone know if anyone offers a single phase package unit over 6 tons? And what would be your brand pick for a 3 ton Mini split single zone?

5 tons is typically the largest single phase system. Usually, single phase is residential, If you really need 6 tons, you can use a two circuit coil in the air handler and two different condensers outside. It would be unusual, but so is a 6 ton single phase system.
From what I have seen, most people go with multiple independent systems when they cross the 5 ton mark.
