Ice o matic 2106 low psi control (harvest initiate)

What is the cut out on this thing. Had one today that was making ok. But, as soon as it sent power to energize my relays it would break after a second. Couldn't even hold long enough for my harvest motors to jump up on the cam. All you would hear is Shoo, Shoo every 128 seconds. It's now running on strictly time until i can get back!!

The first thing i did was jump out hi temp safety. It didn't work! I know the cut-in is 30. Cut out is 35-37? I saw my pressures jump to 32 max.

The second 4 second timer should delay the hot gas from opening until harvest motors get going? I wonder if my timer is not working correctly.
