feel sorry for the guy that has to check the evaporator coil in the future. vent pipes go out the side very easily to keep from blocking evaporator access panel. inducer motor rotates with three screws. intake can be taken out of either side as well.

Sorry about the gas line. That's the work of the only gas fitting sub I have. Copper is king around here.

Pipes are not screened, per preference of my lead man (from Idaho). The overflow is an AG3150e with a sensor on the secondary connection.

I'd use a "UFO" termination rather than stick those pipes out like that.

In retrospect, I agree. Not having a lot of experience in these, we just aren't thinking that far. Just have to cut and couple.

No bigge. On the next one take three bolts out of inducer and spin to preferred side. Trust me in ten years when u are wondering why its tripping limit you can easily verify clean coil.

x2... not where I'm from. Not even 3' from an ignition source either! Even in industrial apps the regulators are required to be vented outside. Who needs heat in Florida anyways?

    Lead from Idaho...umph....traitor!.

We would red tag that in my area it would have to be in a protective sleeve like an oil line has and be clamped to the wall whare the regulator is for support.
other then that you did a grate job for florida

that maxitrol r325 reg has a vent limiter that is approved for indoor use. however............

there is no dirt pocket upstream to protect the reg, there is no dirt pocket downstream to protect the furnace gas valve. the only approved gas piping allowed in the furnace cabinet is BI.

oh yeah the regulator vent limiter only works correctly when the reg is mounted horozontaly.

so rework the gas line line, vent pipes and ensure the filter grill is sufficient for the blower package, your good to go

Don't see any supports/braces for that copper gas line.
