    Distech ECC-VAVS ?

    How do you override the damper by way of the plug-in? and how do you clear alarms that show up in the monitor display?

    In the screen shot you will see the UCPT to modify to "Unknown" and this should clear the monitor plug-in alarm. Most likely it is on WIRED_LCD_SENSOR by default. If you are using a standard thermistor wall sensor it will generate the error in the monitor plug-in.

    i clicked on the flashing red "device in alarm" and status showed good. nothing in alarm anymore. shouldnt going to the object manager in the cofiguration plug in and clicking the "clear status button" do the same?
