mounting a minisplit to.a round wall

My company cant turn down any jobs....so this is what I am expected to accomplish...any idea that wont look like crap? Prob about a 1 1/2 inch dip in the middle, with the edges touching the wall.

1-1/2" in the middle is only 3/4" at the outside edges

Inset the unit 3/4" into the wall at the ends, palster, drywall, paneling? You could make that work with any of those.

i would not recess it into the wall, i would pad out the middle so it sits flush.

Mount a piece of OSB or plywood about the size of the metal mounting plate then hang the unit. If you must fill the gap, foam it, trim the foam and paint it.
Or a piece of trim along the bottom to cover the gap.

You could go with this wall mount unit. 8" narrower than typical a/h. And nicer looking.
