Check out the greenspeed heat pump made by carrier, the 4 ton model is as close to geo as you can get, with a higher btu output at 17 degrees

+1, the COP at low temps isn't impressive, but that's the trade off for having almsot twice hte capacity at low temsp as a standard unit... so it's not a good candidate for dual fuel with naturla gas or natural gas hydronic, but great for resistance heat back-up.
