After a lot of trial and error, I have noticed that if I do not run my central air downstairs, I do not have bad allergies. It has been suggested by one contractor that I have an aeroseal job done on the dstairs ducts, since they are not accessible (there is no basement) and have the ducts cleaned ( the ducts have a already been cleaned once, but it is possible it was not a thorough job)

I would have the contractor show me proof that there are leaks, with video. I'm looking for opinions on whether you think this will improve my allergy situation? I am very desperate to solve my allergy situation. If I don't I will have to move. Thanks.
