    Side Business ?

Just wondering if anyone out there knows if you can open a HVAC company without having a contractors license in Ohio.... I seen somewhere that you don't need a contractors license to have a handyman service as long as your not doing work that requires a permit, was wondering if that would include repairing HVAC systems? And before I hear it from some of you... this business will in no way compete with or take customers from my current employer. Thanks for any help.

You have enough posts. Why don't you apply for professional membership, and you'll be able to access the other forums? You might find more info there.

not sure about ohio licensing, but, you will get slammed by guys on here for talking about side jobs. most of them are buisness owners that forgot how they got started.

I would think about selling Crack or whatever other drug as the chances of getting caught by your employer are about the same as being popped by the police.

If it is about money for doing something wrong might as well go out strong

Crack is in pretty high demand right now, way to think outside the box!
