    body inverter

    Got a new inverter for streching out my lumbar and vertabre, you hang upside down and wow what a relief on the old back.

    Not to rain on your parade..... Don't hang all the way upside down if your older, this can cause a stroke. Ask your doctor.

    I had one of them but it made me feel sick.

    Good to know, I am not quite over the hill yet but they do give a great strech and relaxing feeling when done.

    My chiropractor said the same thing. If I remember right they make ones that's an a-frame that you put your feet over that is better and doesn't put so much pressure on your head but still decompresses.
