Confused Old Trane T-stat info needed

Anybody know model # on this relic, looks like some hack just threw it against the wall. Could not even get it off its base and did not have an axe. Seen them before but never had to work on them. Any info appreciated. Need to google a manual, for the t-stat that is!

Thanks for the info, I farmed it out to an outside vendor, its in a very old Bank of America and the Fac Mgr is a pill, she was asking if they sold replacement parts and not the whole t-stat, I just washed my hands of this job and snuck out the back door.
