Trane XV95 vs. Bryant Preferred 95T. Which is best?

I would appreciate any guidance on which unit is the better unit from a quality and value perspective. Trane XV95 vs. Bryan Preferred 95T. The Bryant is quoted at a few hundred dollars cheaper. Is there a substantial difference between the two, or both close enough it doesn't matter? Assuming equal install contractor quality and sizing done correctly.

    A few stats:

    Portland, OR
    Built 1993
    3130 SF
3 story (which includes 900sf daylight basement)
Installed a Trane AC 16 Seer in 2007 (I think it was a 3-1/2 ton)
Installed a Honeywell electronic air cleaner in 2007.
Want to begin running the fan 24/7 to improve air quality for allergies.
Just replace windows in front of the house

    Thanks!

Which is better, Ford Fusion or Chevy Malibu? You'll get votes for both brands of furnace just like both brands of cars.

Call Sky Heating out there in Portland. Travis will take care of you.

The XV95 does have a variable speed blower which is one advantage to consider over the 95t which has a high-efficiency multi-speed ECM motor. Both can do low speed constant fan which gives you that capability you were looking for. Looks like you need to step up to the Bryant 96T to get the variable speed ECM motor.
