    I like where they marked out their holes and realized it would be too tight, they must have been like "nah if I'm doing this, I'm doing it right!".

    HX failed as the code says 6" pvc for 80% with a P-trap at every boot to prevent backflow.
    Warranty I assume? :screwy:

    I would have used a pvc plenum just to make it look better.

    Seriously it would have been easier an cheaper to install sheet metal, was the guy a plumber? i hope none of those branch lines terminate with a closet flange, it could get nasty very quickly.

    what's funny, is it took a LOT of work to use the PVC. They "tried" to do a good job.

    your right ..they tried.....afraid they failed......miserably.........
    it was working.... played with it.... now its broke.... whats the going hourly rate for HVAC repair
