I am new to this site,
While I do have an hvac background, I now work in Information Technology providing systems support, email configurations, cloud services etc..

We were brought an absolute dinosaur the other day, it is a packard bell controlling a bc systems 8000, a few of the control boards seem to be toast and a couple of files are missing from the hard drive. We are trying to get the migration to a new system down from $250,000 without the configuration files to a still whopping $50,000 if we can provide the configuration files to the hvac professionals who will be doing the work.

Fun stuff, this thing runs on Q-dos! The computer is every bit of 20 years old but it still boots and runs, it is like going in the way back machine.

    Have a great day!
