I can't post
geting "Post denied. New posts are limited by number of URLs it may contain and checked if it doesn't contain forbidden words."
I wrote out this long post detailing how I'm trying to improve my allergies, I'm trying to post in "indoor air quality" area but it keeps giving me this error

The post has no URL's in it.

Well, if you look at the banner at the top of the screen, this site has seen a LOT of spam recently and, consequently, had to tighten up the posting rules for new posters.
